Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of ultrasound screening for the fetal malformation in different gestational age. Methods:Screening was carried out in women at 11~13+6,20~24 to 28~32 week's gestation.Results:105 out of 7 800 fetuses were demonstrated to have various malformations after birth, and 100 of 105 fetuses with malformations were detected by ultrasound. The detection rate of fetal malformations was 95.2%.However,The rate of missed diagnosis of one of complicated malformation was 20%.Conclusion:Ultrasound screening at different gestational age can clearly visualize fetal structure according to growth and development characteristics of fetuses. So it is an important and valuable clinical method to find out fetal malformation and decrease the deficiency rate after birth.
