Abstract

Objective To discuss the important significance of prenatal screening for fetal abnormalities in middle and late pregnancy. Methods From July 2010 to July 2012,3988 pregnant women, whose gestational age were between 13 and 39 weeks, underwent routine screening for fetal abnormalities by Color Doppler ultrasonography.(Apparatus: MEDISON V10).According to the imaging diagnosis, the diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate were calculated. Results 58 fetal malformation cases were detected by ultrasound, misdiagnosis of 2 cases. The incidence of fetal malformations is 0.14%,the ultrasound detection rate of fetal malformation is 96%.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound integrated screening method is the most effective method of the prenatal diagnosis of congenital fetal malformation.
