Abstract
As the bottom of the rural health service networks,village clinics are extremely significant for getting everybody access to essential medical treatment.Field observation and in-depth interview were applied to investigate village clinics in H region of Beijing,the paper made an analysis on rural health human resources,service performance as well as management system,and brought proposals for developing the bottom of the rural health service system.
