Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is to deeply understand the current situation and problems concernig human resource of village clinics in Beijing.Methods Representative townships and villages were selected as field observation and interview spots where local village physicians were observed and interviewed.Results The study disclosed problems of aging,poor quality,and back-up insufficiency concerning village physicians.Conclusion This research has provided suggestions for construction of healthcare contingent in the countryside area,especially for village clinics,to promote the development of rural health services.
