Abstract
With China's more and more openings to the outside world, more and more foreign-fund retail enterprises have an access to the consumption markets of China, which makes Chinese retail industry facing with more intensive competitions and challenges. There is an old saying in China: Learn from the foreigners to cope with them. So Chinese retail industry can draw lessons from the successful secret solutions of the foreign retail industry to meet their challenges and accelerate their own development. From this eyesight and after intensively analyzing problems existing in the development of Chinese retail industry, some suggestions are put forward in this paper about the further development of Chinese retail industry.
