Abstract
With the coming of post-WTO era in retail industry, foreign capital begins to enter China's retail market entirely. This is sure to influence greatly the competition situation of China's retail industry. In this thesis, combining experiences borrowed from the development of foreign retail industry with the actual situation of domestic consumption market, the author makes some comments and puts forward several suggestions on the integration strategies of China's retail industry.
