Abstract

The talent is the essence of the developing of enterprise. It takes more and more affection in developing economic in recent years. But at present, Jiangxi province does not attach importance to it. The article analyses the three main factors of the lack of talent in Jiangxi, and then presents the relevant methods of how to develop and attract talent.
