Strengthen Jiangsu Province High-end Talent Flow Management

Today's competition is fundamentally in education,the key point of which is talent.Under the ground of vigorously promoting science and technology strategy,Jiangsu Province is keeping up the pace,focusing on the growth and rational utilization of high-end talent.Especially in recent years,Jiangsu provincial government is to develop a variety of policies to attract high-end talent.Meanwhile,strengthen high-end talent management and actively promote them to be the leading models in the aspects of economic development,technological innovation and upgrading research level.This article analyzed on the basis of extensive research,focus on the number,distribution and source of Jiangsu Province high-end talent,then summarized four main factors which have great impacts on the high-end talent flow,proposed some high-end talent forward flow suggestions under ground that Jiangsu Province is trying its best to deepen economy and society reform,make further introduction of high-end talent.
