Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of the relationship between pulse pressure in elderly hypertensive patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and cardiovascular, according to patients, the level of blood pressure pulse pressure is divided into A group and B group, less than 60 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.1333 kPa) for the A group,is greater than or equal to 60 mm Hg for B group, two patients to observe the relationship between pulse pressure and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Results Compared with A group of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, acute myocardial infarction and heart failure incidence and B group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The incidence of elderly patients with hypertension pulse pressure and cardiovascular event rate had a significant relationship, positive control of pulse pressure in treatment, can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
