Abstract

Objective To explore the difference venous blood and peripheral blood in the blood glucose test. Methods 134 cases of patients with diabetes from 2013 July-2014 year in September in our hospital, divided into peripheral blood group and venous blood group, two groups were detected in different period of blood glucose value. Results Different period detection, two groups of peripheral blood and venous blood glucose values are basically the same, no significant difference(P0.05); the incidence of venous blood group of hypoglycemia(19.72%) and peripheral blood group(4.76%) compared the relative higher, the difference was statisti-cally significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Diabetes patients with peripheral blood glucose meter test can be obtained quickly and accurately the value of blood sugar, the operation is convenient, and the examination of peripheral blood can effectively prevent hypoglycemia occurs, it is of great significance to the clinical treatment of patients with physical health.
