RESEARCH ON THE CAPITAL EQUIPMENTS POSSESSIONSHIP OF TOWNSHIP HOSPITALS IN POVERTY AREAS OF SICHUAN PROVINCE

[Objective]Through the investigation of the capital equipments possessionship of township hospitals in bazhong,point out the suggestions for the development of the township hospitals in poverty areas.[Methods]Questionnaire in-vestigation and the group in-depth interview,combined with the materials of the second national hygiene investigation were used to carry on the cross-section study.[Results]Each township hospital in Bazhong had 13 pieces of over-a-thousand-yuan e-quipments on average,among which the general township hospital had 5.The situation of equipment lacks in general township hospital was more serious.100%of them had no hemodynamic monitor,ambulance and gastroscope.Each of them only had few-er than 0.1 pieces of washing-stomach machine and ECG Machine.[Conclusion]Township hospitals in Bazhong have little capital equipments,especially in the general township hospitals,so the government should take effective measures to promote the service ability of township hospitals.
