Library Information Service under the Network Environment

Libraries have met many challenges under network environment,information resources lack of exploiting,low using rate,barren service contents,service ways lag behind,low inner quality of the information staff.So,the service concept should be strengthened,resources deploy should be perfected,profession coverage should be spread out,and knowledge skill platform should be built to meet reader's needs.
