Discussion on the Information Service Model of University Library in Web Environment

This paper puts forward that,in network environment,the information service model of library should be changed from traditional closed model to opening network electronic service model.In order to achieve this change,three steps should be taken.Firstly,the structure of library book collection should be adjusted and the network information resource should be constructed.Secondly,information resource should be put on to the Internet and the digital library should be arranged.Thirdly,the quality of librarians should be improved so as to meet the needs of development.
