Abstract

In the early years of New China,in order to adapt to economic construction and national defense building needs,China established the popularization sports guideline and sports organizations at all levels and departments which are in charge of mass sports,training cadres and activists,strengthening propaganda and education on sports,implementing and enhancing sports activities and promoting the mass sports match through organizing sports competitions,all these are the mainly measures of this period to develop the mass sports in China.
