Mass Sports:Main Theme of the Future Sports Development in China

This paper analyzed Chinese sports development status after reforming and opening up by the methods of literature review and expert interview.The objects of this study were the law of mass ports and its related sports governance system,and the purpose of this study was to provide theoretical references for China mass sports governance system reform improvement and sports system construction which based on China situation.Conclusions:1) As deepening spots reform,the traditional system under the planned economy has changed,mass sports has developed,people's understanding of modern sports has raised,and sports industrialization has strengthened.The development of mass sports has obvious regional difference,and is lack of source.2) Many defects,such as over centralized of power,unclear right and obligation of different levels of section,defective governance regulations and funds guarantee system,existed in government's sports governance.No clear change of core and content of governance system becomes the focal point and difficult point of China sports system reform.3) In the future,China mass sports should establish and improve the public service system,mobilize the enthusiasm of social groups and organizations,integrate and coordinate various social sports resources for enriching mass sports and proving people's physical fitness,improve and standardize the laws and regulations,perfect the supervision system,and develop sports industry.
