Analysis on Prescriptions and TCM Syndrome Types of Hepatic Fibrosis in the Past 30 Years

The literatures on the treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis with Chinese medicine were collected from CNKI dated base in the range from December 1984 to December 2014. The prescriptions,herbs and syndrome types were summarized by frequency analysis so as to probe into the laws of the differentiation of syndrome and treatment of the disease in Chinese medicine. The statistics of liver fibrosis syndromes with 142 references,including syndrome 11 kinds,frequency of 520 times. The common syndromes with blood stasis mutual,stagnation of liver Qi and spleen deficiency,dampness and hotness obstruction,liver and kidney Yin deficiency,stagnation of liver Qi. Using the 86 prescriptions,frequency of 1 683 times,the most commonly used with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Sini Powder,Biejia Powder,Chaihu Shugan Powder,Taohe Chengqi Decoction,Xiao Chaihu Decoction,Tarragon Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Four Junzi Decoction,Yanghe Decoction. Use frequency is higher than 0. 5% of the 62 kinds of Chinese materia medica,frequency of 4 172 times,according to the function for 13 classes eventually. The most commonly used for virtual medicine,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,clear heat medicine,and liver,spleen,stomch meridian were the most common channel tropism. Providing the references for clinical diagnosis and treatment by the literatures of prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine in treating liver fibrosis,and collecting reported in the journal of nearly 30 years,prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in treating liver fibrosis literature related to factors such as finishing excavation,and the law of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver fibrosis were collected and the law of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver fibrosis were collected.
