Syndrome Identification and Treatment Administration of Liver Cirrhosis with Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective To research the regulation of syndrome identification and treatment administration of liver cirrhosis with liver-kidney yin deficiency.Methods The articles on syndrome identification and treatment administration of liver cirrhosis with liver-kidney yin deficiency in China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI,2003to 2011)were collected.The books on syndrome identification and treatment administration of liver cirrhosis with liver-kidney yin deficiency published from 2002to 2011were manually searched.The database was established and the input data were analyzed.Results Totally 69articles and 20books were included.The treatment principle of liver cirrhosis with liver-kidney yin deficiency was enriching yin,emolliating the liver and supplementing the kidney.There were 21commonly used formulas including Yiguanjian(All-the-Way-Through Brew),Liuwei Dihuang Decoction[Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction(Pill)],Jinlingzi Powder(Toosendan Powder)and Erzhi Pill(Double Supreme Pill),etc.There were 83commonly used Chinese medicinals including shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Recens),maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis),baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),gouqizi(Fructus Lycii)and biejia(Carapax Trionycis).Conclusion The commonly used syndrome identification and treatment administration of liver cirrhosis with liver-kidney yin deficiency is bowel and visceral syndrome identification,the treatment principles of enriching yin,emolliating the liver and supplementing the kidney and the reasonable compatibility of Chinese medicinals for qi,blood,water,wet,heat and other pathological factors.
