Abstract
Objective To investigate the associated factors of using condom in oral sex among men who have sex with men( MSM) in Chengdu. Methods Altogether 465 MSM participants were recruited with snowballing sampling. Data of demographic characteristics,sexual behavior and the awareness of HIV related knowledge were collected with questionnaire. The associated factors of using condoms in oral sexual behavior were analyzed by cumulative logistic model. Results Of all the participants,79. 5% never used condoms in oral sex in the recent six months. Education degree,the place where looking for partners and partners ' health were the main associated factors of using condoms in the recent six months. Conclusion The using rate of condoms in oral sex behavior among MSM in Chengdu is low,and thus comprehensive health education measures should be carried out towards them to elevate the using rate of condom.
