Abstract
With 293 individuals of F2 segregation population from the crossing of CMS line 547A with restorer line 2125R as materials, the molecular markers linked to the fertility restorer gene were identified by SSR and STS techniques. The filed survey results showed that the segregation ratio of restorer gene was 3∶1,which confirmed that the fertility restorer genes were a pair of dominant genes.Additionally,4 SSR and 1 STS markers were identified to be closely linked to the restorer gene. This laid a foundation for breeding the strong heterosis restorer lines by molecular markers.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
