Rural culture is the root and the soil for generations of citizens growing up in rural areas.Rural education development should not detach itself away from rural culture.In order to improve obligatory education quality in rural areas,attention should be paid to rural culture's preservation,respect,cultivation and activation,and full play should be given to rural culture in developing fundamental education.
