As an important part of ecological economy,land ecological economy is an important way of achieving sustainable use of land.Ecological and economic planning of land is the objective requirement for the realization of sustainable land use.Through analyzing the connotation of land ecological and economic systems and the significance of overall planning of the system,this pa-per acquires the necessity and general ways of studying the planning of land ecological and economic systems.Based on a discus-sion of the planning process of land ecological and economic systems,the paper expounds the operation mechanism to be followed in making the planning in reality.
