Abstract
This paper analyzes developing situation of land ecological planning in home land and foreign country,states development and definition of ecological planning.It proposes main principles that should be followed by land ecological planning.So that human action and resource protection could be corresponded with each other and virtuous cycle of ecological system as well as continuing development of community economy could be improved.
