PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION OF LIVING PREPARATION OF LACTOBACILLUS IN THE TREATMENT OF VULVOVAGINAL CANDIDIASIS IN PREGNANCY

[Objective]To study the effect of living preparation of lactobacillus in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy and the recurrence of vulvovaginal candidiasis.[Methods]61 pregnant patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy were divided into two groups randomly. The 31 patients in treatment group were treated with Living preparation of lactobacillus and Canesten,and the 30 patients in the control group were treated with Canesten alone. Clinical effect,mincroscopy examination of vaginal discharge and recurrence of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnacy were compared 10 days,30 days and 3 months after treatment.[Results]There was no significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups after the treatment of 10 days and 30 days(P﹥0.05),while between the two groups after the treatment of 3 months,there was a significantly difference in relapse rate.[Conclusion]The living preparation of lactobacillus has long-lasting curative effect,low relapse rate and obviously preventive effect in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy.
