Abstract
A method was reported for determination of Imidaclorid in wheat flour by high performance liquid ehromatogra-phy(HPLC) . Imidac'loprid was extracted with methanol in an ultrasonic hath, and purified through Sep-Pak column, then separated with UV detection. The content of hnidacloprid was determinated by external standard method. The determination limit was 0.05rng/kg. The recovery was more than 80% and RSD was under 7% .
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
