Abstract
A method was reported for determination of Imidaclorid in corn by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Imidacloprid was extracted with methanol in an ultrasonic bath, and was purified through Sep-Pak column, then was separated with UV detection. The content of Imidacloprid was determinated by external standard method. The determination was limited by 0.05mg/kg.The recovery was more than 80% and RSD was under 7%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
