Abstract

A method is developed for the determination of imidacloprid in tea and soil by HPLC in this paper.Imidacloprid was extracted an ultrasonic bath by methylalcohol,and then reextracted by dichloromethane,cleaned up by Florisil column.Imidacloprid will be detected by HPLC technique and a good chromatographic separation.The detectable limit of concentration was 0.01 mg·kg-1.The recovery for residues determination and variation coefficient was 80.56%~90.01% and 0.37%~3.71% respectively.
