Application analysis of skin allergens prick test in allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe the effect of skin allergens prick test in allergic rhinitis.Methods From July 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital with suspected allergic rhinitis in 484 cases,respectively,using the Zhejiang Wowu biological Polytron Technologies Inc 20 allergen skin test solution,histamine positive control,saline negative control performed skin prick tests,the sensitized allergens were determined,the results of determination were observed.Results The 484 children tested positive in 340 cases,accounting for 70.2%,mainly to inhaled allergens,there were 305 cases,accounting for 89.7%,in which a single allergen positive reaction of 35 cases,accounting for 10.3%,≥2 allergen positive reaction of 270 cases,accounting for 79.4%,which was significantly(χ2=96.52,P0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusions The major allergens of allergic rhinitis to inhaled allergens,specifically for users to dust mite,skin prick test application should be able to assist clinical early diagnosis of allergic diseases.
