Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of total alkaloid from Fritillaria thunbergii.METHODS:Extracting time, ultrasonic power and liquid-solid ratio were selected as casual factors, based on single-factor experiments,three-factor-three-level Box-Behnken experiment design method was applied, and the extraction rates of total alkaloid were used as response values for response surface methodology(RSM) analysis.RESULTS:The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction were as follows:extraction time of 48 min, ultrasonic power of 420 W,and liquid-solid ratio of 6.6(mL:g).Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total alkaloid was 0.168 5%.CONCLUSION:The extraction process optimized by RSM analysis is simple and more convenient for extracting total alkaloid from F.thunbergii.
