Abstract
The oscillatory shaker(extraction) and microwave-assisted extraction methods of alkaloids from F.thunbergii were compared.Furthermore, the optimum extracting conditions of microwave-assisted method were confirmed by single factor analysis and orthogonal test. The results showed that the best conditions for ultrasonic-assisted extraction were as follows: 80% ethanol as the solvent, solid to solvent ratio at 1∶30(m∶V,g∶mL),extraction time 150s,and microwave power 338W.Under these conditions, the extraction rate of alkaloid was 0.011 7%.
