Community governance:from governmental administration todiverse autonomy management

The management mode of organization is the important restrict factor in the community construction and development.In China,the current community organization and management mode is the typical government management mode,which rejects the participant power of the community residents who are the main part in the community construction and the civilian organizations like the non-government one.This kind of mode brings negative impact on the community construction and development.The management mode of community organization in China should shift to autonomy mode by diverse cooperation from the mode of governmental management.And a community autonomy management committee composed of representatives from governments,citizens and the civilian organizations should be established to make the community development healthy and sustainable.Meanwhile,excellent exterior condition of the management and development of community organization should be actively created.
