Abstract
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of liquid - based cytology for cervical lesions screening in clinic. Methods All 22589 cases cytologic screening were analysed retrospectively in our hospital. The results of LCT compared with that of biopsy. Results In 798 cases of 22589 cases cytologic screening received biopsies.42 cases of squamous cells carcinoma(SCC),11 cases of adenocarcinoma (AC),78 cases of high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL),313 cases of low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL).The coinceidence race of SCC was 90.5%,AC was 90.9%,HSIL was 84.6%,LSIL was 67.4%.The positive rate of lesions up to LSIL was 53.6%(444/828) in LCT and 56.8%(470/828) in biopsies. There was no significant difference between them (x~2=1.70,P0.05).The coinceidence rate of HSIL was significantly higher than LSIL(x~2=16.94,P0.01).screening cervical carcinome and precarious usion.
