Creating Better Financial Environment, Quickening Heilongjiang Economic Soaring

Abstract

Heilongjiang province is one of the oldest industrial foundations. With the influence of policy factors in the planning economic system, the provincial economy is depressing. In this paper the problems faced by Heilongjiang economic environment are illustrated. With analysis of the reasons for the problems, the writer proposed relative solutions.
