The Tactics of Developing Heilongjiang Province′s Private Economy

In recent years private enterprises have developed very quickly all over China,which become the main component of national economy.However,Heilongjiang Province has been left behind other provinces in this area because of starting late so it remains a low level.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the private enterprises of Heilongjiang Province and puts forward the countermeasures.It will prove important practical significance in promoting the economy of Heilongjiang Province to achieve continuous development.
