Curative effect observation of acupuncture combined manipulation in scapulohumeral periarthritis

Objectibe To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined manipulation in scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Seventy five patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomzed into control grouups and observations groups, acupuncture were taken in control group and acupuncture combined manipulation were taken in observation group, clinical effect and score of VAS in different time were contrasted between control groups and observations groups. Results Score of VAS was lower in observations groups than in control groups at 1, 2, and 4 weeks( P 0.05), cure rate was higher in observation group than in control group ( P 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined manipulation could effectively release pain in scapulohumeral periarthritis,had notable clinical effect.
