Human Capital of Chinese Athletes and Its Attributes

It's the logic starting point of analyzing and solving the problem of athletes to scientifically induce and deeply analyze their human capital attributes.In this paper,starting with the definition of human capital,in accordance with the general characteristics of professional athletes,the authors summarize the attributes of athletes' human capital as follows:the dependence of human capital,structure scarce,highly dedicated,ariability and cumulativity,uniformity of the value metrics norm,long-term of investment and the uncertainty and indirect of profit.The main performance of thedependence of human capital is dependent on the human body,material capital and somebody else's human capital.Because of the body's attachment,the athletes'attributes of human capital is derived as follows:self-initiative and motility,personal property attributes and mobility,timeliness,heterogeneity and sociality.
