Abstract
By dividing the formation of human capital, human capital itself and the effect of human capital, the paper expounds the definition of human capital in terms of its formation process, analyzes the property characteristics and specialty of athletes' property characters on this basis, and puts forward the suggestion of considering the present condition of athletes' human capital at the present stage and dealing with the issue through property perfection and strategic choice.
