Human Capital Investment Risk of Athletes and Our Theory Framework

Begin with the concept of human capital investment risk of athletes,and according to athletes' professional process and the characteristics of their human capital investment,the human capital investment risk of athletes is divided into three part,i.e.the risk in professional choice stage,the risk in growth stage and the risk in re-employment stage.At the same time,based on human capital theory,human capital investment risk theory and unemployment theory,aimed directly at the commonness and individuality of the issues of athletes' human capital investment risk,this paper builds a theoretical framework to analyze the risk issues for further analysis and resolution of athletes' human capital investment risk issues.
