The detection and clinical significances of plasma antithrombin and coagulation indexes in acute coronary syndrome

Abstract

Objective: To detect the PB antithrombin and coagulation indexes in patients with acute coronary syndrome and evaluate the clinical significances.Methods: 102 patients with acute coronary syndrome is the ACS Group(49 with acute myocardial infarction and 53 with unstable angina),66 with stable angina is the SA group and 50 normal were studied as the control group.PT,APTT,FIB,AT:A and D-D were detected.Results: AT:A of acute coronary syndrome patients were much lower than those of the ones with stable angina and the normal,meanwhile PT and APTT showed shorter obviously,FIB and D-D much higher(P0.01).There is no statistical significance in the index differences between the SA group and control group.AT:A lowered,PT and APTT shortened,FIB and D-D increased were the results when compared the AMI group with the UA group(P0.01).Correlation coefficients were 0.4751 and 0.5612 respectively between AT:A and FIB,and between AT:A and D-D from patients with acute coronary syndrome which mean they have certain correlations(P0.05).Conclusion: Antithrombin and levels of coagulation indexes can reflect the imbalance of coagulation and anticoagulatin system in patients with acute coronary syndrome,which can be taken as the clinical indicator to predict the occurrence of acute cardiovascular incident effectively and determine the risk stratification.
