The Tentative Research of the Talents Financial Incentive

The existing university talents incentive system tends to focus on teachers,ignores the important human resources of students.This paper defines concepts of the talents of financial incentive,discusses the design of the financial incentive system to the talents.It establishes a system of financial incentive model from personal incentive and team incentive aspects,while personal incentive includes two specific aspects of the teacher and student financial incentive.Undoubtedly,this paper designs the financial incentive mechanism,which can provide the theory and the practice guidance for the financial incentive of talents.
