Discussion on the Status Quo and Improving the Civil sevants' Quality

This paper emphasizes the overall quality of the civil service can guide and restrain the behavior of public servants and create a favorable image of the civil service.It has created an honest,capable,optimization,efficient civil service,codes of conduct and a coordinated operation,fair,transparent,clean and efficient administrative system.It can be used to accomplish our party's tasks.But this will be a complex mammoth project for the improvement of the quality of civil servants.This paper describes and analyzes the current status of China's civil service and the reasons which affect the quality of civil servants.It also has a discussion on how to build and enhance the quality of the civil service system.
