Chinese Medicine in the Application of the Effect of Bronchial Asthma in Acute Exacerbation of Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] Through the observation and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma effect,so as to explore an ideal treatment plan.[Methods] 108 cases of bronchial asthma were selected and placed in randomly divided into routine western medicine therapy group(control group) and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(treatment group),54 cases in each group.The control group adopted the treatment,the treatment group in the control group treated with Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Observation of TCM syndrome scoring,cough disappearance time of disappearance time,asthma,wheezing rale disappearance time,average time of hospitalization.Treatment of two after treatment to determine efficacy of treatment.[Results] The treatment group total effective rate was 96.30%,total effective rate was 81.48% in control group,treatment group is superior to control group in clinical efficacy(P 0.05);and the treatment group of TCM syndrome scoring better than those in the control group(P 0.05);the treatment group patients clinical symptoms disappeared time was significantly shorter and the average hospitalization time compared with the control group to reduce.[Conclusion] Bronchial asthma treated by TCM effect is obvious,has a distinct therapeutic advantages,worthy of clinical application.
