Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Jiajian Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of Chronic Bronchial Asthma Control Study

[Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Jiajian combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic bronchial asthma.[Methods] In our hospital between 2009 and 2011 treated 108 cases of chronic bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,54 cases in each group,control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy,patients in the treatment group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of change.[Results] Two groups of patients after treatment of the TCM syndrome scoring lower than that before treatment were significantly improved(P 0.05),while the treatment group patients with TCM syndrome integral improvement than the control group patients more obviously(P 0.05).[Conclusion] Using traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic bronchial asthma clinical curative effect good,comparatively simple and convenient operation,and little medicine toxic side effect,clinical recommendations for further promotion.
