Curative Observation of Applying Integrative Medicine to Treat Bronchial Asthma

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of bronchial asthma were analyzed and summarized,to provide the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods: 122 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital in March 2011 to March 2012 as the research object,using random lottery will be divided into observation and controlled group. The controlled group was treated by routine western medicine; the observation group was given the TCM therapy based on the controlled group treatment. Continuous after 3 courses of treatment,efficacy and safety data for the two groups of subjects were compared between groups and statistical analysis. Results: In the observation group,the object of study the total efficiency was 91. 8%,the controlled group,the total efficiency was 75. 4%,compared the effect of the observation group was better than the controlled group,and there was a significant difference( P 0. 05);all subjects had no bad hair serious,only a part of the patients does not appear adverse reaction was slight,the adverse reactions observed the incidence rate was 9. 84%,lower than that of the controlled group,with significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma have significant efficacy combined traditional Chinese and western medicine,and high security advantages,has important clinical value.
