On Historical Authenticity and Artistic Imagination through Model Films

Abstract
Philosophically speaking, the reproduction of is ideal but impractical. A
film does not attribute its success to the unity of historical authenticity and artistic authenticity, because
the absolute and objective authenticity of has been thoroughly deleted. As there are diverse
norms for judging the historical authenticity in films and history books, the success of a film on historical
events lies inthe harmony between objective historical spirit and subjective artistic imagination.
