Bibliometric Analysis of Papers Published in SCI from Seven TCM Universities

Abstract
Take SCI-EXPAND as the data source to calculate the papers published in SCI between 2003 and 2010 from Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,Nanjing,Chengdu,Shandong and Heilongjiang TCM universities.The literature number,time,source of journal,impact factor and citations were analyzed.The results showed that the numbers of papers published in SCI from seven universities were increased year after year,especially from 2005;while the impact factors and citations were low and which published in SCI from the seven universities.We hope that the quality and quantity of the papers can be improved in the future.
