Abstract

Flood and drought disasters often occured in Hebei province in history.This paper analyzes the historical situation of flood and drought disasters in Hebei province,the law of flood and drought desasters in time and space is the findings reveal that flood disaster is getting weaker,but drought disaster is aggravating desaster has been a kind of main natural disasters,the findings provide a scientific basis for preventing and fighting disasters.
