Abstract
Objective To evaluate the performance of automated WBC counting with XE-2100.Methods The manual total WBC count was determined by hematology analyzer,while the Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer was used for automated WBC counting.Results The automated WBC count was highly correlated with that of the microscopic reference method.Conclusion Flow cytometry of CSF with the XE-2100 offers a rapid and reliable leukocytes count.
