Clinical observation of implantation tube by stage for treating lacrimal canalicular laceration.

Abstract
Objective To investigate treatment effects of implanting epidural tube and silicone tube in anastomoses of lacrimal canalicular laceration. Methods 29 cases of traumatic lacrimal canalicular laceration were hospitalized,breaking ends were found under microscope.Epidural tubes were implanted in stage Ⅰ of operation,silicone tube was implanted in stage Ⅱ of operation two weeks later.It was pulled out in three month later.And observed condition of unobstruction of lacrimal canalicular tube.(Results)20 cases were cured(68.97%).7 cases were improved.2 cases were failed.Serious complications of lacrimal point tears were not happened.Conclusion To adopt implanting epidural tube and silicone tube by stage in anastomosis of lacrimal canalicular laceration can reduce complication of lacrimal point tear,and it make operation easy.
