Application of lacrimal drainage tube to the treatment of lacrimal canalicular laceration under the microscope

Objective:To observe the application effect of lacrimal drainage tube on the repair treatment of lacrimal canalicular laceration.Methods:97 patients underwent the anastomosis treatment of lacrimal canalicular laceration were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the different ways of surgeries.The lacrimal drainage tube group(2 cases) received the anastomosis treatment by adopting lacrimal drainage tube under the microscope;while the epidural tube group adopted the treatment of epidural tube repair.Results:There were significant differences in the curative rate and the one-time success rate of intubation between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Lacrimal drainage tube is the ideal material in treating lacrimal canalicular laceration,which is worth promotion.
