Abstract
Single-factor experiment and or thogonal test were adopted to determine solvent, ratio of material to solvent, temperature and extraction time and optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction by using 85% ethanol as solvent were obtained as follows: the ratio of material to solvent 1∶7 at 60℃ for 2 h.Influential factors are ranked as: extraction temperatureratio of solid to solventextraction time.Ultrasonic assisted extraction process has the obvious advantages of rapid and higher efficiency over traditional extraction method.
